I see my card was already charged 149.99 and the first introductory offer of $29.99 was also charged for the first month! What’s up with that?? Emily Lee NP was very nice!

Refills and shipping are not reliable. I must go multiple days without my medication because it was not shipped on time. The response from ro.co can be summarized by: we are busy/high demand for product/and we only work on weekends. They were not sympathetic to the needs of completely running out of a medication. I am a self pay patient, and at over $400 per month I expect better service.

Good customer service. Medical coverage for Zepbound ( mandatory monthly subscription which does not include the cost of the medication ). Multiple competitors available much much cheaper with high quality medical providers and excellent customer service. Cost of Zepbound from Lilly Direct is the same.

State upfront there are 2 costs and the script cost depends upon dosage.

I paid the 45$ for the first month promotion and thought it would be fine. Five minutes later you all sent through another request for 99$ more. How is the first month 45$ but you all are asking for the full amount minus a dollar. Very misleading

It was a nice easy site I like what they offer but I wish I would of known a head of time how much the price was going to be because they don't u that until u already ordered it so unfortunately I won't be able to continue after this month

I was started at a lower dose then what I was taking 2 weeks before on another plan. But over all Im very excited to continue on with RO and Im hating no side effects or anything negative at all

RO has me on pills and injections. I think we should get rid of the pills and use the injections.
