The process was fairly easy however pricing is confusing. Charged $39 for program and was under the impression that included medication then when accepted charged $149. I also thought there was an introductory offer for medication.

Very happy with how quickly they got back to you. Could improve with the whole membership cost is separate from the Rx. I also don't like you choose your plan before even knowing if you are approved. UPDATE I wound up having severe stomach issues while taking. They didn't start until I was 6 days in. Could not take it. They were very helpful in cancelling my subscription and prescription going forward. I am uping my review by a star for their responsiveness and caring for me.

They were very quick and asked alot of questions. I was slightly confused about the membership fee and the seperate fee for the meds. I only payed for the meds in the end.

The food monsters that are in your head kind of disappear. I don’t know if it’s because it’s summer or because I know I gotta get this weight off, but I’ve been making it a point of moving a lot more where that came from I don’t know so I’m hoping it’s some medicine from Ro.

I was surprised by the all up front billing to get the discount. I would have liked to commit to the 12 months but paid monthly

Honest about the product. Works like they say it does. Thick ,rigid and hard. 3 words the ladies like to hear

Communication was excellent and the time it took to get approved was quick.
