Process takes far too long
Process takes far too long. Now waiting a week for my GLP-1. Still have not received approval for ED medication. Very slow relative to others. So far, am not happy

I ordered Wegovy only to have them say (after my CC was charged) that Medicare doesn't cover it. I wasn't using Medicare. It felt like bait and switch. The website should clearly indicate these limitations. They also wouldn't approve a higher dose of Foundry, saying I could up the dose later. I'm trying to decide if I can believe a company who isn't honest upfront if they will allow a higher dose 2 weeks later like they say.

The process to get medication was easy. However, if I’m paying a $150 fee every month on top of the medication costs for medical care; I expect the providers to give a shit when I have concerns. They often closed out my messages without ever letting me reply with follow up questions. The medical providers services were a joke, leaving me paying additional money out of pocket to see my primary to discuss my issues with side effects. For distributing a medication so heavy with side affects, they really don’t care enough to help their patients manage those side effects.

So far, I haven’t heard when I’m going to receive my pills. I’m not good on the computer so whatever they set up for me I can’t get into it. I would like to know what’s going on and when will I receive it?

This seems to be quite a long process often leaving me to wonder if I missed answering any questions yet I’ve been responding to each message I receive. I’d like to know if this is going to happen or not.

You were not upfront about your fees. You should fully disclose what the total monthly fees before you ask for any information. I consider this deceptive practices. When you ask for medical information you need follow up questions. Such as “Have you had gallbladder disease?” The next questions needs to be about treatment. In my case I would have said my gallbladder was removed 50 years ago so no longer an Issue. The same with kidney disease. I had a kidney stone 30 years ago. I fixed problem by changing diet. Also need questions for people who are currently taking weight medication like what dose are you currently on. The doctor did ask that question but I almost didnt sign up because of these issues.
