I can’t get into my account

Well, it wasn’t explained very well that the $39 that you get charged was only like some kind of medical review or whatever I thought that was for your first months supply because then I was promptly charged $149 like a few days later, I was very surprised at that and not happy about that. It was very misleading the way that it was set up.

It is all my fault - and - I did not find their information to be transparent because there was no indication what the medication costs would be. They of course charged me their monthly rate before I had even set up my account, which irked, and I couldn't ascertain total monthly charges without signing up andthen being charged. Once I figured that out, the monthly amount would be just shy of $500 a month - which I can't afford. Disappointing. So, I canceled in less than 24 hours and had the $39 they charged be a learning fee.

It was not made clear there was a $149.00 reoccurring "Membership" fee PLUS the cost of the medication. Minimumly $300.00 per month is too rich for my blood. If it was the $39.00 fee I was charged, I could maybe justify the cost. That charge was just to see if I was eligible. So in my mind they're a little deceiving.

The appoitnemtn process and approval is fairly easy but have been waiting for 10 days and hve not recieved the prescription/meds. Maybe will change to 5 star is refill is easier.

I think the cost of the plan and meds are a bit deceptive until you feel like you’re in it too far. I will give it a try for a month
