I would say “quick and painless”. It’s so much of a hassle to go through insurance. Ro gives you that choice. Yes, I wish they would pay for it. But that doesn’t happen that way. I have been on Zepbound since April and I have lost 20 lbs. However, between my dr getting back to me, and waiting and waiting for the insurance company to approve it, I have now missed 1 injection. So, instead of waiting even more, I contacted Ro. Before I knew it, I had a dr contact me and order it. Now, it might not come right away, but I know it’s on the way. I was paying more at my pharmacy than I am through Ro. No more anxiety of waiting on things to work out.

So far this has been an easy set up, I look forward to what is ahead for me!

How fast & easy the process was . It’s a must try you will definitely be satisfied. It definitely beats going through insurance hassles especially when you are trying to get healthy.

They were precise in the instructions. They updated you very frequently. Every question answered. The end results were in a very timely manner.

Well, I haven’t had a lot of experience with this company. I filled out the forms and they consented to give me the pill which is probably a good idea since I wanna be on maintenance so so far it’s a good experience and I hope to continue as a long-term maintenance.
