After much due diligence I settled on RO to start my GLP-1 journey. More than once I’ve thought about how happy & satisfied & thankful I am that I did choose RO. Through all my ups & downs , personal panic about my medication arriving on time - I’m always treated with respect and urgency regardless of my issue. Starting with the providers , nurses on thru to billing , every person is kind , listens , they don’t ask you twice , or forget what the problem was mid conversation, they are focused & quickly work to fix the problem. Several times I’ve needed help untangling information I couldn’t understand- never an inconvenience and they reply quickly Each time . The medication is always packed to perfection & appropriately with the weather . RO is a company that has its Shit together . Would definitely recommend RO 100%

So far so good. I just took my first shot on Sunday. I’m on compounded semaglutide, because the name brands are so expensive. Everyone at Ro has been knowledgeable and helpful. The discount multi-month subscriptions on both meds and membership is a huge benefit.

It was a stress free experience. You just have to answer a few questions and take pictures of your hair. I filled out the info at 10pm and within a couple of hours I had chatted with a doctor to answer some follow up questions and was approved for treatment. My prescription arrived a few days later. They kept in touch with me along the way to let me know when my prescription would arrive. I'm extremely happy with RO.
