I'm disappointed that I can't get the wegovy pill because I'm retired and on a Medicare Advantage plan. The government is not paying so they will not dictate want I can or cannot purchase. Second, all indication was the 1st month was $39, yet I have been charged $39 plus $149 prior to the fondayo pill shipping. . Why charge the second month if I can cancel 48 hours before a refill? I was on the wegovy shot prior to retirement which worked well. I checked with hers.com and I can get my choice. Bottom line, if I can't receive my choice since I'm paying cash please cancel and refund me $149. Thanks for your attention.

I found the membership fee expensive and the time of the shipping little long. I was expecting it to be faster. The process of getting approval for treatment was fast and smooth.

You have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get what you need to get done. It took almost 2 months for them to approve my identification, which is crazy. I almost canceled my membership because it took so long for them to even approve me and now I’m waiting for them to send it and it’s gonna take another two weeks. I’m really sick of it.

I really wanted Zepbound

It seems difficult to speak with a person. I’m not clear about my plan. Why am I needing to pay extra for a membership if I don’t want the membership part? I just have unanswered questions.The chat response is slow.

I love that I could sign up without going to a doctors office. Doing it all on my phone was pretty easy. Lots of questions but didn’t take too long. The confusing and disappointing thing is while signing up there was a choice to buy multiple months at a discount but when it came to choosing my medication, that discounted price was not an option. Very thorough communication during the sign up and after.

Well when I was told that my cost jumped from 39 dollars to 149, then to 299dollars, that shook me a lot

There is so much to read and learn, some of it is not what I expected. Also the program is very spendy.
