You pay for a membership not just prescriptions and if you cancel prescriptions they charge you 150 for a membership even though you aren’t using any services. What a scam!!

I signed up for Ro and it was not clear that the membership did not included the medication. I was a member for 5 minutes and canceled but did get my $39 refunded. The plan is $149 a month on top of the medication.

They didn’t tell me my dose until they took my money and then said it was non refundable!

Ro tricked me by approving me for medication for 6 months at low price with $39 for the first month. Once I went on to answer more questions the price increased and I can only get a low price for 12 months. I did not really want to be tied into a long subscription. I am disappointed with the bait and switch tactics.

I paid the first$39 for absolutely nothing and then got charged $149 2 days later and there's no customer service at all and apparently no refunds even though I tried multiple times to stop my order while it was processing before it was shipped and my emails are still unanswered wtf. no

I signed up for a promotional offer for $39 for the first month and then it was 149 every month after, but as soon as I signed up, I immediately canceled within minutes as I decided to go another direction. I understood I would be charged for the $39 but I was also charged $149 for the next month even though I had already canceled and the problem is nobody will return my calls or my emails and explain to me why or have the 149 charge removed.

Ro advertised that you could start with the first month costing only $39 and then it only costing $149 a month after that. So I paid the $39 for the first month. Then they wanted to charge me $149 more. So I canceled and asked to refund my $39, but they refused to give me a refund.
