Very confusing so much to unpack trying to talk to professionals and before you know it I’ve bought pills that i second guessed but once you give your cc information there is no changing your mind.

Response time from the team has been wonderful. However, I noticed my initial discounted fee of $39 for the first month was charged on July 1st, followed by a second, full $149 charge on July 2nd so, I’m hoping my first two months will be covered as this seemed a little odd to me. I’m hoping this is a billing mistake.

I still haven’t received my order. I was informed it would be here Tuesday the 30, then Wednesday the 1 now not until Friday the 3.

Navigating the options was fairly easy but when it came time to schedule an appointment, I picked a time and was good to go. They then canceled the appointment because the provider they connected me with was not able to perform telehealth services. Additionally, the first payment options I was shown, were not the ones that I was able to. The provider was great and answered all of my questions. I hope that as my experience continues, things become better.

Quick response to emails have been appreciated. However, I thought I was getting the first month for $39.00. When given the choice of meds I assumed the pills all were included in that offer. Now It seems I’ll need to pay $149.00 a month initially.Thx for offering the review option tho .

I wasted time taking pictures of the sample box from my primary doctor. The texts are sent via SMS/RCM. I finally sent one via email. Everything else went smoothly.

The medication was very easy to administer. The website, though, is another story. I try to put in a password. The email you send says to push the button below. There is no button below.
