Bait and switch. Read 60.00 for first month of zepbound charged almost 400.00 or more. Will use what I just recieved and go somewhere else.

Looked into possibly doing business with them for ED medication that I had tried a year ago!! They automatically charged me over $200 and reordered when I asked them specifically for what they were charging!!!! No response and they will not provide a phone number!!!!!

I barely write reviews but need to warn others of how scandalous and unethical this company is. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have been double charged by this company multiple times since April and they resolved it the first 2 times but then this past month they added a new charge which I never agreed to for “Ro body” which I had no idea what it even was. They refuse to refund me the $149 for that and they suddenly increased my subscription cost by $50! I don’t even know how this happens and they refuse to give me my money back. Total scam!

Please read before subscribing, the $39 fee is not for discount towards medication it is just the charge for you to receive the text message to pay for medication! I feel like I was scammed out of my $39 dollars. And there’s no help when it comes to a resolution. Just take your money and let the computer answer questions

Just nickel and dime me for over priced meds

I couldn’t get my questions answered in a timely manner. At one point I was told to complete intake questions then I could ask the doctor questions. When I answered questions there was no simple or direct path to asking the doctor questions. The next thing I know I am getting a message that my order is being processed! I immediately sent an email asking to pause until I could get my questions answered. No response. What the hell ?!?! Still no response. It’s been 24 hours and I do not have any answers. I feel duped. I do not feel happy with Ro. I’m thinking I should have stayed with Hers. I got immediate responses to questions there. What I did get here is another notification that my order was processed and is now on its way. It makes me wonder how much you care about me or my health.

Such a long process to fill everything out and very confusing that it says insurance covers the product but then I get the amount from the pharmacy and it's almost $500 so makes no sense how that's not included or covered and later saw that in the fine print but no way knowing how much until you fill everything out and pick a package and put in your credit card information when you shouldn't have to do that until after you find out what insurance will or will not cover

I feel a little scammed. Obviously the $40 is just to send your information thru and if you get accepted which im sure everyone does, then you pay $150 to even get the medicine. I feel like that needs to be more apparent. You can get your $40 back if you aren’t accepted but like I said , pretty sure that doesn’t happen. Just a waste of time and got my hopes up and a waste of $40.
