I feel like I was deceived into thinking that my first month i would pay $39.00 and the months after would be $149.00. I wasn't told that as the dosage increases so does the cost. I am on a fixed income and you have already charged me both the $39 and the $149 which has affected my money in my bank account in the negative. I would like to request the $149 be refunded to me and I have already canceled my subscription.

The service was very quick…. My only complaint is not being shown the actual prices of medication until after I paid the $39 and was approved. I did not get the actual medication I wanted due the price so I am going to try the “pill” semiglutide for a month.

I’m confused about pricing. It was represented that the initial cost would be $39 but I’m being charged over $200. Seems like false advertising

Well I signed up for the 39$ deal to start, and have already been charged 149$ for the next month 🤷🏻♀️

A little misleading. Everything says it is $149 for the first month, and that you get $149 credit, thus making it free, but itnturns out it is still $149 for the first month. Just some sort of membership is free. Plus, was told I would get a $50 credit, but that was no where to be seen either? Just not sure.

Communication has been difficult and delayed. There has been no collaboration with the physician, instead, they prescribed what they wanted and I was billed without dialogue. I wanted a lower dose then what I was billed for.

Very confusing. I think I’m paying $199 a month with the first month discounted. Then to find out after two months it jumps to $399. I probably won’t stay with RO. I’m on a fixed income and this is expensive.
