Is over it's 400 to 500 dollars a month Let that sink in They don't send you the medication until the last possible moment, As a matter you wind up missing one or two days a month because the medication is late, It does not matter if you prepaid, Join their club, It still shows up one or two days late, Consistently now for three months it shows up the day after I'm supposed to have my injection, When I said that I wish to increase my dosage it wasn't working They said sure no problem and made me wait 4 more weeks. Oh by the way that medication still hasn't arrived and my injection was due this morning. Don't worry They'll respond three days to my inquiry.. buyer beware

I signed up for Ro believing the cost of the weight loss program was $145 per month after two months the price went up to $300. To save money you can agree to 6 or 12 month agreements. I agreed to the 6 month and they billed me $1600 dollars at once instead of monthly. There billing is not transparent. Buyer beware!

I picked to because I could get my prescription for $149/month. After the 4th month I realized they had also been charging me $145/mo on a separate day for a “membership fee”. They are misleading and so close that you think it’s the script charge. Shady! How terrible to take advantage of people. Oh, No refunds, of course. Even if you didn’t use the tools on the app.

The service is responsive and efficient, unfortunately wherever wagovy they say they use doesn’t work. After 4 different dose increases I didn’t notice change in my appetite or cravings.

They lead you in with a $45 fee but do not disclose the $145 monthly fee. The medicine came from Eli Lily and is the same price you can get from your doctor without being billed a $145 membership fee.

Would not deliver my prescription on time so I went a week without it be ause I had to leave on a trip . Also they charge you double because there is a gigantic membership fee. EVERY SINGKE MONTH! The good news is it’s easy to quit them and go with someone better!

The nurse practitioner I met with was professional and helpful. Everything after that was a mess. Here’s the timeline: • Met with my provider on a video call. We discussed medication options and she decided a different GLP-1 would work better for me. • She sent me a link and told me to click it to update my treatment preference. I did exactly that. • I messaged support to ask what happens next, since nothing was clear. • An AI assistant closed my request and labeled it a “refill,” which it wasn’t, I hadn’t started anything yet. • I had to message again to get a human. The Medical Coordinator then told me the link my provider sent was the wrong one, my treatment visit had been “closed,” and I need to redo the entire visit. So: I followed my provider’s instructions, your system closed the visit, your AI closed my support ticket, and now I’m being told to start over. At no point did anyone follow up with me proactively, I had to chase every step. The clinical side seems fine. The operational side needs serious work, and using AI to close legitimate patient questions is a bad look for a healthcare company. Two stars because the provider was good. Otherwise this would be one. Edit: Now an entire month later they never reached out to me, it definitely seems like this was a response to try and make it so trustpilot would take my review down since it started a 2 day timer for me to send contact information they already had.
