Be very careful with what you sign up for. I was mistakenly signed up for a 6 month subscription (I did not sign up for it). I saw the charge the same day I was billed and requested a refund. They denied it, so I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. I won't do business with this company again. Customer service F.

I sent three emails on Friday for a cancellation with proof from UPS that the shipment was still at the pharmacy and not picked up by the carrier. They shipped it out REGARDLESS on Sunday morning. I cancelled per their policy BEFORE it was shipped. Upon arrival the ice packs were completely thawed and the pen itself was warm to the touch. Do NOT purchase from them. $299 for the med + $30 for one month service absolutely wasted.

Totally unhappy with the service RO manipulated. The fees are confusing and did not result in a provider consult. Instead I was given a generic response from the “provider “ I do not recommend at all. Be weary.

Hardest site to get around ever. You have to go round and round to find anything. Takes forever to get an answer or find a place to ask one. Don’t use them unless you want frustration.

I thought the $39 was for the first time buyers but turns out it was just for the membership you don’t get the product until you pay the $150 beyond to expensive for the first timers that don’t even know if it works or not..

The whole experience was confusing. Why would I pay a monthly fee and prescription costs on top of that? Why would they submit a prescription for me with a coinsurance cost of over $1,000? The whole thing feels scammy.
