When I signed up I asked to be billed every 3 months but it looks like I was charged for the one month plan, so I have to change my plan to the 3 month plan after I was charged. Im a little confused as to why I wasn’t charged for the 3 month plan to begin with. Also the first month was supposed to only be $39 but I was charge both the $39 and $149 I would like an explanation as to why this happened. So far I’m not happy with how this is going.

My monthly subscription to the Ro Body membership ends June 21, 2026. I cancelled my monthly membership as the step in attempting to switch to a multiple monthly subscription, per the instructions online. I can’t find a link which takes me to a page to select the multiple monthly subscription. The only link I can find keeps taking me back to the sign-up page and there doesn’t appear to be any customer support that can directly answer my question. I basically just don’t want my Ro.Body membership to lapse, want a multiple month subscription, or cause a delay in the delivery of my next prescription. Thanks.

The process is easy and I was approved quickly but the pricing is deceiving. They make it sound like your prescription is discounted for the first month but it’s actually the “membership fee” that’s discounted. They also don’t make it clear that you pay a membership fee monthly in addition to the prescription and the membership fee can be as much as the medication. I’ll be canceling after my first shipment.
