The process was quick and simple. However, I was very surprised at the end (after I had already paid)to find I would not be able to use the app since I don't have an iphone. I may have went with a different company had I known that, and may still decide to choose another option.

Confusing process. Memberships and medication being billed separately is a pain. One thing says one month free, then another bills immediately. It should be made clear at exactly what point you will be billed.

It's not clear about the membership

Pricing is not transparent. Only after paying a $39 initial fee is it disclosed that there is a $100+ per month fee in addition the price of medication. Also, compounded tirezeptide was not an option. I am already under a doctor’s care, I was seeking a less expensive option. This was not it. I would give one star if not for the fact that the overall process was quick and painless and the medication arrived in just a couple of days.

Unexpected charges, as the dose went up the price doubled and then tripled and the results were minimal. The subscription of $150 a month does NOT INCLUDE meds.
