They will start you off simply and then make it impossible to order anywhere outside of there at there prices. I tried for 3 weeks to get mine filled at a local pharmacy to save money and they made it impossible. They wouldn't send the prescription. Then they wouldn't give all telephone information. You cannot call anyone . It's only messages that they respond to when they feel like it . Horrible

I have been trying to get a multi month medication plan for over a month. I was told I need to do it at time of refill, that didn't work. Then I was told to cancel my medication and when I submitted for a new prescription it would let me once again no. I was told I couldn't cancel my membership no refunds. I have the membership but no meds. I've been back and forth with ro for over a month and cannot get this resolved. They have no phone number to call. I've asked to have someone call me they never respond to my phone request. Each time I respond to did our answer help, I respond no read the full text trail, the look at the lat question and answer it wrong. I cannot get any help I get AI answers and FAQ. Might have to loss my $1000.00 membership fee because I can't get a multi month medication plan and $200 a month is outrageous

I would give negative stars if possible. Their customer service doesn't answer questions. Their insurance concierge team lies and says you have approval, then you go to pick up the meds and it costs $1300 because their team didn't do the approval like they said they did. When questioned they ignore it. Their costs are outrageous compared to other companies. They keep their money and try to continue to take your money even after you cancel and request a refund for their failures. Do NOT join, it's a shady company.

Still haven’t received order from 10 days ago. Provider never called me. I checked three days ago still processing that’s unacceptable.😩!!

I was quoted a price of $39.00 for the first month yet they charged me $$149. Buyer beware. They take advantage of people being desperate for help.

They hide that fact that you're paying for a useless MEMBERSHIP until after you join. Then it's made very clear that the fee doesn't include the actual medications. There is NO WAY to request a refund, even when attempting to cancel immediately. It's dishonest and scammy.

I never order my last shipment. I have sent emails and texts but get no response. My subscription has been canceled for 6 months. I looked into what the cost were but didn’t have the funds at the time so I did not order. But then all of a sudden after two weeks and getting emails saying they will give me 15% offf shipping they charged my account. Leaving me with no funds in my account. Total bullshit.
