The first month is advertised as $39 yet my invoice is for $149

So many negative things. I had a heck of a time nailing this company on bottom line costs. Or maybe I am just ignorant. Once that was cleared up (you NEVER get to verbally talk to anyone) I began to navigate more easily. However, I made it clear that I still had a month plus of my current Medicare bridge prescription left. That did not deter them from approving me in record time, still no conversation with the medical staff except for texts or emails. Next thing I knew my credit card was charged and no turning back. It made me very uncomfortable that I was so quickly to be approved. I am not one to hedge on what medications I was taking but even there you might think there would be more conversation on why I was taking the ones that could be worth a question as to why. I have a couple that can be given for several different reasons. So waiting for my move up from Zepbound KwikPen 2.5 through Medicare to a 5. I hope that if I experience any issues I will be able to “talk” to someone in a timely manner so my possible side effects can be discussed and if I need to go back to a lower dose it will be a seamless transition. I just think they hurry one through the vetting. I am comfortable using Zepbound and I must trust the process. Don’t give them your credit card till you push for all of your questions to be answered

Not feeling any different after almost 3 weeks. No side effects. That’s good. Maybe increase dose? Please advise

I’ve not received my medication yet, up until now the process has been quick and efficient. However, I’m not happy with their lack of reliable communication regarding pricing and billing. Very vague!! After the fact I learned that I would be charged $199 monthly membership fee. And in the 3rd month, when my dose increases, the charge would be an additional $349. That was not communicated clearly. I can’t continue on their program.

Love the ease of signing up. Love how quick was approved and got meds! LOVE the fact it’s Kiwk pen Zepbound and not just the tirzepitide-and it’s dosed for me in the pen vs vile & syringe. However, I thought $149 was the price…(that was just the membership fee-which Sprout did not have) until I finished signing up and realized how much it would cost and the cost would increase EXPONENTIALLY with a dose change, $299-$500 monthly ON TOP of monthly membership fee. I changed from Sprout due to their price point-and theirs was set fee no matter dose annd no membership fee;( Only to go HIGHER with RO. I’m willing to stay, for now, but unless the price changes, I will be shopping around.

I’m only given three stars because today is my third day of taking it… So far, I only dislike the feeling that I’m nauseated pretty much all day… Luckily I am prescribed nauseated medication if I need to take it… it seems to work as I do not feel hungry at the time that I usually am… And when I do eat, I get full very quickly. I’ll report more around the seventh or eighth day of taking it.

Being more upfront about pricing would help. You are lead to believe that the $149 a month for the body membership includes everything. When your receipt reflects the $39 first month discount this is expected. What is not expected is the second receipt for the additional $149 charge for your shipment which you are then told will be charged every month also.
