Difficult website to submit photos. Spent more than 2 hours because of poorly designed website. The image upload limit are not displayed or that only .JPG file types accepted. A broader accepting and image converter would be better.

I filled out all the questions after having to pay for a nonrefundable month membership to find out the AI doctor wouldn't offer the medication I am already taking. The only one offered was name brand for triple the price. I had a membership for 15 minutes and no refund.

Were you all aware of the monthly cost of their so called professional services over and above their cost of the semaglutide? You pay $149.00 monthly for professional services or whatever that is, over and above the price of their semaglutide. For six months the cost is $267.00 monthly. That price might've been well for most of you, but I would've liked to have known the costs before I agreed. I've could've compared prices with other providers. Tirzepitide is considered far more effective than semaglutide and RO doesn't offer it. Why is that? They did cancel my account and refunded my money minus the first vial of semaglutide. I still feel they were deceptive.

I have not been able to actually communicate with anyone. I received a prescription that did not work for me based on the information I provided before receiving the medication. I was finally able to get in touch with someone (chat 1 to 2 day response). It has been almost a week and still haven't received the correct medication, but a new one is due to ship in 2 weeks. This is not the experience I would've expected at all.

Used this site for Minoxidil. The pill was tiny and they told me to split it. When I tried, it would frequently crumble. Asked about going up to 2.5 and they told me no so I went to my regular dermatologist to get it instead. Its extremely difficult to cancel. The link in account management would not permit me to cancel. I had to remove my billing info and send a stern message to customer service. That is ridiculous how difficult they make it to cancel. Given how difficult it was to cancel and the fact they refused to go up yo 2.5 and expected me to split a tiny pill instead I would not recommend this site to others.

Go to your local Dr this place is a total rip off their membership is absolutely worthless totally over priced remember they gotta pay all them celebrities tons of cash to endorse this company I'm paying a fraction of what I did with this crappy company.

This is solely based on what I’ve experienced so far. The response has been so quick when setting up an account to get prescribed. The problem I encountered is that I don’t believe the physician fully reviewed my file before submitting my prescription. Now I have to wait for them to review and reply my message in 1-3 days, hopefully they’ll adjust my prescription, then wait another 1-4 days for my prescription to be processed. That is IF they read my inquiry and approve the adjustment. If I went to my usual place to get this in person, I would have avoided the delay in my dose. It isn’t as quick and accessible as they seem.

The website leads you to believe that your first month of medication is only $39.
