Signing up and getting qualified was great. Membership and medication is outrageously expensive. No way! They go out of their way to hide the medication costs until you are in too deep

It was misleading with the first payment. You don't get the cancelation procedures of your membership until after you've received your acceptance into the program. That's when you find out that the $39 isn't towards your fist prescription. I'm sure you don't care and you've duped many of the curious customers of there money.

Shipped product I did not order. RO never asked what dosage I needed. But billed $39 (their shown promo rate) plus $299. They provide no telephone contact service. My account showed an email address that was not mine.

i cancelled the service and contined charging my card. i called them and they said processed a refund. t hey never refunded. ai sent email that credit for future charges. i called again same thing lets see if they credit. i am calling the credit and reporting this to consumer affairs

Not clear to me that medicine was not included in membership fee

Well you charged 39.00 then 149.00 with out any instuctions on how it would be charged so i cancled and got a refund from my bank for your false advertisement i got 12 months to get discount but i can only affoard the first of every month not 888.00 all at once we’er all on fixed incones

Their pricing structure is not transparent at all and somewhat confusing. I thought I was gonna get discounted medication. No it was actually just the fee for the “consult“ which was a bullshit consult in my opinion why is not a human being being interviewing me and talking to me? And then they charge me for the medication itself, which was not discounted I could’ve gone to a local discount pharmacy and got it for that price. If I only knew……. They could make it a lot better they choose not to because they would prefer to bait and switch on people.

Don't use this company. They continually increase the price and when I cancelled the prescription I thought that took care of the membership too, but they charged me another $300. I called the same day and they said they don't refund any money once it's been charged. I would never use this company again.
