They did not accept their own overnight shipment because UPS could not deliver my blood samples as Roman was “ON VACATION”, well into January. Unbelievable how unprofessional this organization treats your blood samples; mine are now worthless since days later they still don’t know where they are. Got my $ refunded and a lame apology even though they have no idea days later what the root cause was. My time doing 2 days of sampling is time I’ll never get back. Buyer beware. Move on to somewhere else. This organization clearly doesn’t have processes in place to handle people’s medical information.

Their 'resident medical director' claims to be an expert in sexual health. He is an Internist. He is NOT Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He had not practiced medicine in some 15-18 years before his SON opened this company.

I ordered three "on/go Covid-19 Antigen Self-Tests" kits from Ro Pharmacy in January (2022) at $30/box to keep on hand. I received the kits on 1/7/2022 and discovered that the tests expired 3/2022. I immediately called Ro and offered to return the unopened/unused kits since they had such a short shelf life. I was told that Ro did not accept returns but would refund my money, if i did not use the tests before the expiration date. I called Ro in March and was told that the FDA issued an extension and the tests were now effective until June 2022. Again, I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tests, if they were unused by June. (**In the meantime, concerned about the continued extensions, we used tests from other manufacturers/distributors that were not expired.) I called Ro once again and was told the tests were now good through the end of the year!?!?!? Furthermore, Ro was no longer reimbursing for unused/unopened tests. I have no confidence in the "on/go Covid-19 Antigen Self-tests" nor in Ro. I would not buy any other medication or medical supplies from Ro. I gave Ro one star because each of the Ro representatives that I spoke to was very polite, well-spoken and helpful. Sadly, the company is unreliable.

Serious med delivery fail. Roman promises two day med delivery I am waiting 8 days+++ they cannot get basic shipping correct and their pricing is 100% higher than anyone. Buyer BEWARE this is a scam company ripping people off who need meds.

Site/app never let's you log in. The company only cares while taking money, so there's zero support. Product doesn't work as expected either. Support doesn't respond until you get seriously frustrated. No thanks!

This company changed their price from $35 to $87 without warning, and charged me this new price, without explanation. When I requested a refund of my money, I was completely ignored by the customer service department. The price change happened between 1/19 and 2/17 - on 1/19 I paid $35 for the same product I was now being charged $87 for less than 30 days later This is unacceptable behavior, from a subscription service.

Look around BEFORE you even attempt to purchase anything!! Roman vs. GoodRx Same exact pills, same exact manufacturer, same exact dosage... Roman Price: 4 pills = $176.00 GoodRx Price: 30 pills... $32.65 Moral of the story? Check around BEFORE you buy. I will NEVER use Roman again!!

I interviewed for an affiliate manager's job over a year ago with one of the founder's at Ro who has a digital marketing background. Twice we spoke, both on the phone and in person, and all he seemed to be interested in is why his affiliate program is failing and what can I do to fix it. The only problem was he was fishing for affiliate strategy for his affiliate agency who was not performing. It was a most uncomfortable interview and I called him out for it via email. Very unprofessional, this is an absolute no-no for a digital marketer.
