Scam scam scam. I saw the commercials, the company looked legit and I was genuinely excited to start. Bottom line. Call your insurance carrier, find out if they cover you for a certain medication. Which in my case the answer was no. If you go through Ro, they will do the same thing but they will make sure the process takes over 30 days so you end up sending them $234 for the same result. Bottom line they do not do anything for you that you couldn’t have done for yourself………..for free (call your insurance carrier) Scam scam scam

I went through the LONG process with Ro. Overall, it took over two months for the blood work kit, consultation, and prescription to be done. Once I was confirmed with a prescription, I was lucky to learn my insurance covered 100% of the cost. This is when Ro and the prescriber ghosted me. I would send messages with the website promise of hearing back in 24 hours- I heard back days later. They originally set my prescription to a random mail-order pharmacy, but my insurance had its own and Ro refused to transfer the prescription over. I would contact Ro and even my insurance to reach out only to be told the process took up to a week to happen. After two weeks of waiting for my prescription to transfer - my insurance sent a "we can't confirm this because your prescriber hasn't responded to our request". I ended up scheduling an appointment with a PCP and on the same day I was able to get the same medication fulfilled at a local pharmacy. Ro is just a cash-grab scam. I paid into the Ro program only to have my PCP do everything in a day over the 2 months wasted here with no prescription filled. Do not deal with Ro, they do not care about you only the out of pocket money you will give to them.

This is the worst experience EVER. I have been trying to get my meds for over a month. No one replies to emails, ever! It feels like talking into a black hole. They have the kindest call center agents, but don't be fulled....nothing happens.Don't waste your money, your time, or your nerves here. I've had some bad experiences with various service providers in my life.....trust me, NOTHING COMES CLOSE TO THIS! Beyond disappointed.

I went through the process to get on a prescription (blood work etc.) and paid a hundred bucks to Ro only to find out my insurance wouldn't cover it at the end. Ro told me I could pay $900 to $1,500 a month for it out of pocket. I feel scammed out of $100!!!!!

I had a prescription for a generic equivalent of Yaz. This medication did wonders to treat my debilitating PMDD and periods. Everything was going well until they refused to ship me pills on time. Now, I am facing a 2 week gap in treatment. When I complained, Modern Fertility/Ro passive aggressively canceled my treatment without even notifying me. So now the new the pills won't even be sent in March. Please avoid this wreckless and destructive company. They need a baby box at their office so that the patients they screw over can leave them the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience in the beginning was great. However, it turned from a pleasant experience to a pain working with their patient advocate team. I was told three different times that the medication was sent to my pharmacy. Each time I called my pharmacy multiple times and was informed no prescription was on record for me. Each time I messaged and or called Ro for help. I was told in the same day I would receive a call back from a manger however I did not receive a call. My experience with the patient advocate team started Feb 1,2023 and today is Feb 15, 2023, these are enough days to get this resolved.

They used COVID to sell amphetamines online. Now they are DEEP trouble so they are changing tactics. BEWARE!

Going to your Dr is easier than dealing with these folks. First had to send a Pic ID, wait 24 hrs, Then set up a Phone call with a 'Dr' and wait another 24 hours this in when I said Cancel my order and called My Dr. Very disgusted Never again. I ended up going to Friday Plans. No ID No Dr call. 100mg Viagara for $2 a pill. Roman wanted $6 for 50mg. Friday Plans delivered in 3days.Real Generic Viagara No BS.
