This company is completely dysfunctional. Initially, the platform worked quite well. I was tested and received medication in a timely manner. The entire process broke down when my renewal medication was due and I was unable to find anyone at RO to help with my renewal. It took several weeks after my medication ran out and numerous messages to the support staff (no phone support) to finally get the renewal processed and shipped. I thought perhaps that was an aberration, but I’ve gone through the same set of hurdles this time and even had my subscription cancelled, in error, I was informed. I’m not sure taking any medication on an irregular schedule is healthy or effective. I would suggest anyone considering using RO, think twice. They just don’t have their act together.

It took 1 month of numerous calls and email to not get a prescription. Roman is a good "idea" but a terrible business.

They make you do a home test for your blood that really does not provide info(limited info) and some internet tests, and then they say they can't help you obtain the GLP-1 medications. I just wasted my money for no reason, and of course they don't refund you. Watch out!!!!

Scam. Went through the whole process. They took my money and indicated my insurance would cover it. Waiting weeks to find out my insurance doesn’t cover it. I’m out of time money and hope! Then they offered to give it to my for 1,000 dollars. Run don’t walk away from this scam

Terrible company. No place on mobile app to cancel or remove your credit card. Basically no way to cancel. I've called and emailed with no response. Only option I have is to cancel my credit card. Stay away is my opinion.

All these negative reviews are true! I have been trying to get signed up for with Ro for a week now. All I'm doing is getting email run around from different people. No one at any point let me know that my costs would be over a $1000/month. I was quoted only a $135/month for a weight loss program. Thanks to all the reviews and Trustipilot I will be writing a nasty email to them and I won't be going any further with the process.

The RO Body plan does not set forth with specificity that you will likely not be insured and that the cost will be in excess of $1,000 a month over and above the $135.00 monthly subscription.
