I enrolled In April for the weight loss program. I submitted my blood work and was approved quickly, but then everything stopped. The insurance check took weeks to tell me weight loss coverage wasn’t available. That was fine, I’d pay out of pocket. They swore the prescription was sent to my pharmacy, but nothing was ever sent. It was all a sham. 2 months paid for their subscription service and I never received any help whatsoever with a weight loss specialist or the medication. Nothing. Do not use this service.

Ro makes it very difficult to cancel the subscription. You will end up wasting a lot of money without a return on your investment. I am disappointed and I would not reccomend.

The customer service is slow and really terrible. Takes up to 2 days for every response. Also they randomly changed the pharmacy my RX was being sent to despite my ask to keep the same one. Wouldn’t or couldn’t explain why they changed. On numerous occasions they have told me the pharmacy has the RX but the pharmacy says they do not have it. Has averaged 8 days each month to get a refill RX filled.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Total fraud. They billed my insurance every day for over a month (over $10k) for the fraudulent metabolic panel. Disgusting company taking advantage of others. DO NOT BUY

Please believe all the reviews. This site is a scam. They waste your time with long processes that are completely unnecessary, but prolonged to keep you spending money month after month. They ONLY prescribe wegovy and ozempic for weight loss, which most insurance WILL NOT cover. No generic brands will be prescribed, nor other pharmacy options given for cost savings, so you will be quoted $900-$2k a month if you actually want the medication. This is all info they no upfront, which should be revealed before taking people’s money. Instead, they pretend to be “looking into it” for up to 21 days with your insurance. I was able to look the info up same day with my insurance and told them it’s not covered, asked for cheaper options, and weren’t given any. Luckily, I cancelled right away and was able to be seen by another virtual doc through a different company, prescribed, and received my meds…ALL WITHIN A WEEK for very inexpensive. I 100000% advice against using this scam of a site.

Blue cross will not accept wagovy and only will accept Ozempic if you have past weight loss history with them.

After 2 failed attempts at a blood test (3 weeks) and another 6 weeks of waiting for their “pharmacies team” to figure things out, I was given a phone number and told to do it myself. Desperate for a solution, I tried figuring it out…unfortunately the provider had no record of the prescription. In the end they refused to refund my money and “wished me the best with my health goals.” Are they joking!?

This company needs to do pre-estimates for $25 before they charge you $100 for nothing.
