Customer service was fine. But the billing practices are shady at best. Why 149 a month to be on the RO program. Then another 149 for the medication. Causing confusion. Cancelled my plan and then they shipped the medication anyway. I cancelled because I was unaware I'd be spending another 149 on top of my beginning fee. I want the starting fee back but I've pretty much written that off.

They say they sent your prescriptions to your pharmacy, prior to ever checking your insurance and without actually even sending it to the pharmacy.

I was told in the beginning that you would bill my card $36.00 for the first month incase I’m not approved and if I have severe side effects. And then my amount would $149.00 every 22 days. Then I get a notice stating that I was being billed $149.00.

Hi there. We truly apologize for any confusion regarding our billing structure. The Body membership begins with a $39 fee for your initial consultation. If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership fee. You charged me $299. Was supposed to be $149. I have no income. My therapist told me I could trust RO and they were the best. $150 is a big deal for me. I am disabled with less than $500 a month income.
