Ro charged me in JUNE for a membership I canceled in APRIL. They have no customer service phone number either, so you have to email them and wait to hear back in 1-2 business days. I disputed the charge with my bank and had to get a new debit card issued due to the unapproved charge.

Stay away from this company! They charged me said they didn’t , didn’t get back to me to answer my question about the charge so now they saying if I want to re join I would have to pay $10 more. Still haven’t got the medicine! Waste of time and nobody cares!

If I could go lower that 1 I would. They are happy to charge you but getting a response to something like resending a prescription takes weeks and multiple emails. No one reads anything, this place is a SCAM!!

Ro is the biggest waste of time and money I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Based on their marketing efforts, I believed that this company had the resources to help fight for insurance coverage, but they do not. Their "medical providers" are god awful - my appointment was rushed, the provider did not actually listen or retain any information I shared, and submitted a PA so inaccurate it's no wonder my claim was denied. Furthermore, I was informed of the denial by my insurance and waited over a week for Ro to finally get back to me! Then from the time we decided to move forward with the appeal, there were no updates in the app for another week. After more incessant prodding, they revealed to me that it took another week and a half after that point to submit the appeal. A week later, I contacted my insurance provider directly and they have let me know there is no confirmation of an appeal ever being sent. So, after two long months of dishonesty and frustration, I am in the same place I would have been if I did this on my own. MEANING NOWHERE. Ro will drag their feet on messaging you, then act apologetic and like they care, only to lie about whatever it is they are doing on the back end. Who even are these medical providers? Who is submitting the appeals? Why are they not doing the work themselves? Who are the benefits teams they are working with? WHY IS THERE NO TRANSPARENCY? WHY ARE THEY STRAIGHT UP LYING? Save your time, money, and grief. This is the biggest joke of a telehealth company to ever exist.

This is a scam. They send you through all this testing. You cannot fill the prescription. But they will offer you it for 1200 a month. Then the contie to bill you for fake visits with a doctor.

They billed me with lightning speed then everything slowed to a snails pace. I was never able to "join" my appointment with a providers so nothing ever happened. Despite numerous emails and requests for help, nothing every got resolved and nothing ever happened. I kept getting templated "we are working on it" emails. Horrific customer service. I cancelled my membership but now I am worried that I will keep getting charged--Stay away!!

Don’t waste your time and money. Stay away from this company. Even getting a response from them takes 2 days. Everything started out great, then everything went downhill after that.
