This company is horrible. If I could leave a negative review I would. They keep auto drafting my card and I never used their products. Run as fast as possible away from Ro!!!!!!

They were fine for my lash serum, but were trash for ozempic. They never could seem to get the pre-authorization straight. I had to follow up with them every month to make sure they called the right number. They literally charge a monthly fee to administer the prescription but yet can’t do the simple task of contacting your insurance at the correct number. I canceled the program because their customer service is terrible. Amazon pharmacy wanted to call them to guide them but guess what there’s no phone number published.

Company offers a Sign up for Ozempic/GLP-1 program. The program charges $99 for your 1st month, and $135 monthly after. This DOES NOT include your prescription IF it ever gets approved (Which 99% of the time wont by your insurance). They lay out a time line where they claim to "Work behind the scenes" with your insurance company for approval. This may take weeks and next thing you know you're paying the $135 monthly fee with NO medication. You still MUST pay for "Behind the scenes" work that isn't guaranteed to get you approved, even if the doctor approves your medication, that does not matter. Your insurance WILL deny it. They will claim you are approved with a co-payment. This is false. It's a tactic to string you along to pay them $99 and then $135 and you will still not get the services you would be expecting. They are quick to respond to my emails when I had questions right BEFORE I would get billed. Once I got billed, no emails have been responded to after multiple attempts. I had requested to be connected to the doctor to help me with the issue of getting my medication filled since he claimed it was approved, this was also ignored.

Super hard to change recurring payment a subscription. Almost predatory and deceptive. Also invoicing is vague and no itemization. Please correct

Wish there was zero stars. They charge your credit card and never send medication. The app is a mess. Asked for help with the app charging me for other people's meds - the app is NOT private. The app does not follow HIPPA privacy

Absolutely stay away from this service. I can not believe it is legal for them to do what they do......charge you, make promises, and do not deliver the service you paid for. I have sent dozens of emails and all I get is generic responses and no answers. They keep charging me for NOTHING. It is unbelievable this service stays in business.

Placed order over two weeks ago and never received. When reached out to find out whats going on they said there was a problem with the address however its the same address they had send a shipment before.
