Response time, confusing responses and lack of a phone number has been very hard to deal with. I hope that they read these reviews and begin to change their customer service for the better, I will be happy to change my review then as well. At this time it seems that the delays happen until your monthly fee is charges each month and then miraculously the delays are fixed

For several weeks Ro has said they've sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I have followed up multiple times and all I get is... we're looking into it. This isn't good enough. It now looks like I'll miss my prescription for four weeks and Ro... is looking into it. Don't bother with Ro, go somewhere else.

Possibly the worst service I've ever received. Each month Ro tells me they have sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I call the pharmacy to be told they have not received it. I message Ro, they apologize and then actually send it. This has now happened 4 months in a row. Ro's customer service is so slow that the above process often takes 2 weeks and I'm left at least a week late with my medicine.

Save yourself from wasted time and frustration! They sent my prescription supposedly to the pharmacy for a refill and when I called to check they never sent anything to the pharmacy. All I get from customer service is the basic we’re looking into it but no definite answers. Go with another company for your weight loss journey.

They won’t refund your initial payment if your insurance company denies the medication, so you basically pay for nothing. They don’t do anything your doctor couldn’t do cheaper.

Honestly, this is a scam. They don’t actually check your insurance they just want cash payments. Even if products are covered. Don’t waste your time or money. Customer service is bogus too. They just copy paste the same messages over and over again.

Last time I didn't receive the delivery and the product had to be replaced. This time, I found the delivery on the road under the sign that says which addresses are up the road. It wasn't in my mailbox and it wasn't delivered to the address. I think you have a problem with your drivers.

do not use this company, they make you sign up and pay for blood work. Insurance companies will not approve Ozempic unless you are diabetic, or pre-diabetic. Wecovy is the only FDA approved weight loss drug but insurance will only cover it if you have a BMI of over 30. They are not refunding my start up costs. Just go to your primary care doctor. This is a scam, I should have done research before committing.
