1 Star - only because there is no 0 Star to click. The billing is borderline scamming and fraudulent. I signed up for a $100 treatment plan for 3 shipments of 10 pills/month of an ED product. Instead I was billed $100/month for each monthly shipment of 10 pills. Roman's online customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Only positive reviews show on their crappy website. The product itself is OK - but there are better ones. I'm done with this piece of crap company.

Like I figured there's a shortage going on. Ro finally sent in my prescription to my pharmacy but I'm still waiting to pick it up. I called the pharmacy and they told me that my providers are going through a shortage and that they might receive the stock this coming Monday. I called in again and they still haven't received.

I decided to give a try for ro.co in order to get Wegovi. I filled questionnaire and they charged me. They sent me test lab kit, I followed instructions carefully and sent sample back. They informed me that something is wrong with my test and immediately sent me another kit, I got it and found that spinner is broken and no way to fix it. Today I found that they charged me for my second month under plan. I don't understand why. It is good way to make business - charge clients who are on the plan even if no services were delivered. Looks like a scam.

I just cancelled my subscription with Ro after almost 3 months of membership. It was an absolute waste of time and money. The “providers” hide behind their message system and when days turn into weeks of no action, they “expedite” to a member of their care team which does nothing but buy them some more time. All and all, nothing gets done and there is no sense of urgency since their members are paying a monthly subscription. Just for example, all I needed to have happen was to have the Ro team send confirmation that my insurance approved of my medication; almost a week went by with nothing being done. I reached out for an update and, per usual, it took two days for someone to respond and tell me it has been expedited. After another two days, nothing had been done. This went on for several weeks until I had enough of it and just gave up. Don’t waste your money with this company.

This has been a bitter sweet experience. When Wegovy was available everything was running smoothly. When there the widely-known shortgage started they started to prolongate the responses and help. I ended up paying for their monthly fee without any medication, and they decided to prescribe something else, and its been more than a month than a "patient advocate" has been working with my insurance and pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy they told me that they have been trying to contact Ro and they were really not working like they said they did. Their service is bad and I really feel like a fool for paying for months without any help. I wouldn't recommend.

I signed up for the body program and got an ozempic perscription after taking a blood test and seeing a provider. They strung me along and told me they would get my insurance company to cover it, and after four months failed to do so. In addition, they were constantly late renewing the script and I was always taking the first dose of a new refill 4-5 days after I was supposed to which reduces effectiveness. All the while I paid out of pocket, and was really expensive but I was seeing results and can afford it so just decided to continue doing so. Then they randomly cancelled my subscription on month 5 with no explanation or reason four days before I needed my script refilled. They have no phone support and the people who answer their email queue simply forward your issue on to someone in a black box you can’t talk to and apparently don’t care. After spending over $5,000 out of pocket I’m now a week late in getting my prescription and the pharmacy will have to order it which will take another week with no end in sight. This company is terrible with everything from basic paperwork to customer service. They charge $145 on top of the out of pocket cost of the medication, and all they have to do to earn their fee is get someone to write a prescription and send it to the pharmacy on time. It scares me that they advertise things like mental health services - stay away!

It has been nothing but a mess dealing with them. No one will call you on the phone to discuss any problems your having. Plus they charge you $145.00 and Weygovy was costing me $1195.00/ month. I'm done with them!
