Major issues with meds delivery. They charge your credit card for full amount, issue a status that the order has been delivered (it was not), then delay follow up after I contacted customer service - as a matter of company policy. No response. Continue to charge my card. Tried to contact, said 1 to 2 business days, 5 times! No way to cancel beside cancel your credit card! Stay away!

I ordered a refill 10 days prior to a cruise my wife and I were going on for our anniversary, and even paid for expedited shipping just in case... Ro reported as processed and shipped... and them it disappeared. UPS tracking kept showing it as in the local office and en route, and then the tracking went blank. Contacted the company, and they basically said, we'll reprocess the order, and deliver it on Tuesday. Great. We embark on Monday. Too late! Oh well, looks like it's gonna be a lot of Casino and Bar action for 10 days. Terrible customer service. Being polite but not solving a problem isn't "good customer service", that's just courtesy. Good customer service would have been an expedited refill and overnight shipping. Cancelled all of my subscriptions and account and will take my business elsewhere. They picked the worst possible refill to screw up. It happens, but doesn't matter. Done with Ro.

I have requested a return shipping label twice to return unopened boxes of unequa. Medication caused serious eye hemorrhaging. I still have received no answer. This ithird time that I requested shipping label.

WORST SERVICE EVER - They are there just to still your money. They do not help you with the backorders and just take your monthly memebership and reply to your emails after 3 days. If the medicine is backordered they do not do anything to search in other places. You o all the work.

Do not give this company your time or money. They have been giving me the run around for THREE MONTHS - failing to respond, failing to answer pricing questions, messing up insurance info, and giving my account to a new representative every 3 days (21 people are now a part of my messages with them) who then gave me the same or incorrect info. Again, it has been 3 months and I have made zero progress toward getting my medication. A SCAM.

Additionally, if you don't have medication within 30 days of your prescription being sent to the pharmacy, you will get a free month of the program.

What a rip off. Don't do it. They charge you monthly to basically have you get labs and find out that your insurance won't cover anything. And it takes 2 days for anyone to repond to any message. AND, they have no way to call them, at all.
