Deceptive. "Extending your prescription" with allusions to "you don't have to order more product today but your prescription is expiring" means "you just ordered when the doctor approved your "review" at midnight. Sure, they did. Autogenerated and automatically ordered, now I have to fight for refund.

They advertised a price of $100 per month for Semaglutide, then dragged me through an incredibly long questionnaire process, only to then demand $150 per month just to have the option to separately purchase the medication. Don't waste your time with Ro

Hi! The Body Program costs $99 for your first month and $145 per month thereafter. If you're prescribed, GLP-1 medication is billed separately and not covered in the program cost. Medication costs will depend on your personal insurance coverage, and our partners will work with your insurer to help determine coverage for you.

I keep getting more and more emails but no answer, options, nor resolution to my damaged shipment of Latisse. Disappointed I have to wait even longer for another one.

Thought I was making a one time purchase for Latisse. However, the company signed me up for auto renew, and I’m very unhappy. Be careful. Note below they said the they are reaching out to get more info to help but don't give me a way to contact them. Very curious,.

Advertisement stated $99 to get started and $145 a month. I was charged $174 and when asked for them to explain was told it was because i chose the at home testing. Well of course I am doing it from home, but nowhere did it say it would cost $174. They refuse to refund the difference. Also, once insurance denied they were like you can pay the $900 _ $1200 a month to continue. Where is the $145 month option?
Response from RoDec 8, 2023
Hey there- $145 covers the cost of ongoing provider care, coaching, ongoing insurance support, and unlimited messaging with your provider. Medication and the blood test is not included in the cost. More on pricing here: https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/

Tried the service for a month, decided I didn't really need it. Over a year later after cancelling and discontinuing service they began to start putting fraudulent charges on my card I didn't authorize. $150 worth of fraudulent charges. The phone line says they are overwhelmed and can't answer the phone. Trash company.

NIGHTMARE!!! Total bait & switch. You are better off going to a doctor & getting a prescription. They do not ship out as they imply. When I figured out they were not going to deliver as they claim on their site, & keot inquiring why my order is being “held” they had already charged me & now say they don’t offer refunds?? They get you to order & pay & then don’t deliver & then won’t offer a refund. I am reporting them to BBB. Do not create an account with this company.
