I heard that I can receive an online weight loss drug and it requires a simple online submission that has to be reviewed by a health service provider. I understand that such eval requires lab results and a more comprehensive evaluation based on my medical history, but what I was furious about is that Ro started charging me a monthly fee for a service that is not even approved!!!! Even my actual physician and the doctors office sends a bill AFTER services rendered. This is a scam!

TERRIBLE! So I joined a year ago, looking for their weight loss shots (Ozempic, etc.) that they advertise on TV commercials. They kept telling me they were trying different pharmacies but 1 year later, I have been paying my subscription fees, getting a credit since I was not receiving anything, but when I canceled my subscription they said that they were charging me for all the months I was a member and received nothing. So they were in fact gong to bill me for 12 months of subscription fees. WHAT A SCAM!!! AND FALSE ADVERTISING! How do you advertise something you have no supply of and still cannot get after 1 year of waiting!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. they take your money and provide zero correspondence. No return email, no updates, oh and if you call customer service? "we're experiencing an overwhelming amount of calls so...email us" btw that doesn't work either. A complete scam that just takes your money and hopes you won't cancel. Absolutely terrible.

I have multiple months of issues with this service and app, the app was actually frozen, unable to submit my medical updates since November & previously since September. Prior to November my script was never actually sent to the pharmacy and when it was the pharmacy never communicated they had it and the app never updated my script had been sent. This is problematic because no one will call you back even if you request to speak to someone. The "Care Team" if you want to call it that, was a rotating AI generated response unit, never addressing not only medical concerns but also real time practical issues with getting care responses. 12.1 was the last time I heard from anyone and it was a total brush off. Meanwhile I had been unable to get treatment for legitimate reasons of being on ozempic, ie prediabetic and other health markers. Not just for weight loss. The prescription was never sent or updated on the app for multiple months. I was given the run around and no one ever got back to me with any meaningful response. I am asking for a full refund of services in addition to the $159.00 for complete garbage app, negligence and lack of care. Ive spent $931.56 payments taken by RO company with only modest care 1 doctor visit, 3 refills which I paid full price at pharmacy 1,200 every 5 weeks for Ozempic and being charged every month "for a team" there was absolutely no team just AI generated canned responses with modertate human intervention completely dropping the ball. Do the math, this company made 1,000.00 of me for spending less than 45 minutes of 10 months actually providing a service. I would not use this app ever again unless it was to grow some eyelashes or something relatively unimportant. 12.1 was my last interaction with the app asking for my patience after 120 days of me reaching out to tell them I am not getting care, then get this they auto charged my card one last time for $159.00 for a refill of Latisse that I never asked for. I contacted them within 20 minutes of this happening and they sent an AI response telling me they don't issue refunds and it has already shipped.

Didn't recieve any.

They claim to have Wegovy and Zepbound in stock. They do not and want you to take their “homemade” compounded drug. So they lied and then want to overcharge for a fake. Not cool, and overpriced-skip their weight loss. I do not know about their other services

I was unaware of the standard policy of filling prescriptions without permission. Buyer be ware

I initially subscribed in April of 2023. It is now December and despite paying hundreds of dollars, I have received ZERO prescriptions. I have been told several times that there are delays, but have yet to receive any treatment at all. Every time I have heard from customer service it is because I have checked in and asked for help. One time when I requested help I got a response addressed to someone else’s name. Terrible customer service. What on earth did I pay for? Don’t waste your time.
