Ro does not tell you that you are ineligible for Wegovy until AFTER you have paid. And, no refunds. They hooked me for the 99$ initial fee AND the monthly fee of 145$ before telling me that kidney disease prevents me from the program. I pored over the website and not one place does it say that people with kidney disease are ineligible. But, they've got my money, and have no intention to return it. This is basically a mail order drug company, similar to the mail order erectile dysfunction medicine sites. They do not have your best interests, but at least they are honest that these meds cause thyroid tumors and cancer. Just go see your own Dr, it will be cheaper and covered by your insurance.

Ro is a total scam. They sneakily charge you up front without telling you the process or even if they can help you. If they can’t help, you still get charged the $99 and then $145 every month after. Moreover, it’s not easy to cancel the service. Don’t waste your time with Ro and just goto your primary care.

I have not received my last 2 orders, but have been billed for them, and both orders are showing as delivered. I have Ring cameras in 2 locations at the front of my residence, and there was no delivery activity on either of the supposed delivery dates. Customer service has been emailed numerous times with very limited response. The company used to be very good at fulfilling orders and I never had an issue until the last 2 orders

Why do you make it so difficult to re up???? What do I have to do ? Please advise !!!

Garbage experience. Went through the start of the weight program and did the metabolic testing ($75) only for them to say I should see someone in person. What a waste of time, I should’ve just done that to start.

I applied online for the weight loss program and was denied without a reason.

I've tried multiple times to deactivate my account. They still charged me! I just got an email that my lab kit just got shipped. I want nothing to do with this company. I'll call and it says to email them. FYI I didn't get a response. Don't do it. Go to henrymeds!

A great idea but it seems they went live prior to thinking though scale. It took me a full two weeks to get a proper reply to a simple request. In that time I get loads of reply's that were not helpful, contained false information, or just did not address my inquiry. Seeing the lab request (the first medical step) came to me without a signature from a medical provider I asked for copy with a signature from a board certified medical professional. After the two weeks detailed above, a supervisor stated "this is not something we can accommodate". When I pressed for the "why" the details were lacking and I felt that it was a bit too "scammy" for my taste. I would recommend trying them again in a year, hopefully they will bring in some executives with scaling experience to help them grow into the business they want to be.
