My "Ro Body" experience had a few hiccups in the beginning, but I kept the process kept going in hopes of being prescribed meds. In the end, I never got any GLP-1 medication.

Terrible experience, poor communication my last 2 responses were never replied too. I paid the $99to get setup, went & did my blood work then was requested to complete a questionnaire. Before completing the questionnaire I asked how can I find out if my insurance will cover prescriptions. I was told after completing the questionnaire someone will go over all those details and any questions. I finished the questionnaire. A few days later I was told a prescription was already sent to my pharmacy and that I need to pay by cash - $900. Seconds later I got a message from my pharmacy asking to confirm my prescription! I contacted Ro explaining that I was told I would have a conversation before anything was prescribed. I asked them to cancel EVERYTHING. No response, I messaged again a few days later. Still no response. I never confirmed my prescription with my pharmacy.. so I'm out $99.

I'm responding back to a response that I received from my review of Ro. I had expressed my frustration with the communication, or lack thereof. I did express that I have not been able to get a response to my questions or emails. I expressed that if possible, I would like to use my insurance and a pre authorization would need to be reviewed by my insurance company. I would like to go through getting the prescription either way, so want to get the pre auth asap. I have gotten two messages from my insurance company that the process has been started, but the company can't get in touch with Ro to complete and geth the information needed to make a determination. My biggest frustation is that when I reach out with a questions, it's between 2 and 5 days before I can expect a response, even if I'm answering a question that was sent to me. This way of communication is complely ineffective to me. The other day I submitted a question, and was given a two day response time and got a response today that there would be another two days before anyone could respond becuase of the large number of calls. I'm paying $199 a month for your service and feel like I'm getting extremely poor service. Please let me know how we could speed up this process. Paul Lennander

This company is disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves for recommending dangerous and contraindicated GLP-1 inhibitors to unsuspecting patients. How about you treat root causes instead of masking symptoms? Fix your diet, and you don't have this garbage company.

Yeah , they got me too … Haha 😂 . I always have an account with 1$ in it when companies offer first order free with a subscription . Anybody that read this , if RO or any company offers you a first free month sub.. open a chase account put a dollar in it and see what happens . lets see how many people are charge 150 $ on a 2 months free , 0 charge , 50 dollars a month subscription . Dirty little Rats ! But I’m very sneaky and sometimes revengeful , let’s see how many times they can reply to people saying RO tried to falsely withdraw 150$ from their account , no only that … how many different ways they can reply 😂 💪🏿🧠🗣️

SCAM SCAM SCAM.....I magically just got charged on 1/22 while sleeping but stopped looking into the program and unscribed from text on 1/20 after realizing lab work was required and they wouldn't accept recent lab work from my pcp. Why would I authorize a payment with no intention to get required blood work.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They will send you shipments without your consent, charging you, and then not respond for a week. EDIT: They responded to this review before they responded to my support ticket. I guess we see where their priorities are

More stealing. The company refunded me 1 year ago after scamming me, and here we are 1 year later and another charge appears on my card. It's literally theft. Is this for real?
