Ro packs your medication in a closed styrofoam box that has frozen gel packs on the bottom and top inside the container. Your medication arrives cold, stays cold, and that’s insanely important to me. I’ve had medications ruined by the 120°+ heat in Arizona due to the lazy and idiotic packing methods of other companies. I’d give them 5 stars based purely on the cold chain delivery system giving me peace of mind. The only reason I drop to 4 stars is because of the $149 membership cost.

There was a lot of back-and-forth a lot of duplicate things I kept reading over and over got very confusing. I didn’t know what I had answered and what I didn’t answer whether they got my proper medication list my picture my drivers license was a lot.

The process was relatively easy. The options were compatible with my doctor, and the weight management program we are implementing. The medication is less expensive than other sources.

the experience was good but not everything in the way of instructions were clear. I'm very satisfied with my experience and hope I will have continued good experiences.

I am a new customer and gave 4 stars because I have not received my medications and have not had to contact Ro for customer service yet. The online ordering was easy, information and comparisons of the different available weight loss drugs very good and the responses from Ro were quick. I am looking forward to starting my program and confident this will be a very good way for me to lose the weight I want to lose.
