They make you believe your first month is going to be 39.00, then your not approved for that med, and your charged the 39.00 them your charged for a more expensive med. Then they dont refund the 39.00. Or let you cancel your order. So you out more money then you ever thought you would be out.

Tracking is bogus. Says it arrived in Aurora CO 3 different times on 2 different days and at the same time arrived in Grand Junction. What the hell?

The consultation was very fast, it almost seemed rushed and the message I received afterwards summarizing our discussion did not fully align with my understanding of our conversation. I have some hesitation to proceed.

Signing up was easy. But, there was some bait and switch. When I inquired about meds, the cost for the first month was $39 and $199 after. After getting approved, the Zepbound pen ended up being $299 with no $39 first month introductory cost. If there was fine print when I initially signed up, I didn't see it. I decided to sign up regardless because it was cheaper than what I was paying for my compounded version I was currently on.

Way overpriced for what you get. You want information as you go along. Can't get to messages on the site. Email only or go to automated help (useless) pages. Answers are vague. One Question at a time then referred to automated. Website is not user friendly. Couldn't get back to weekly check in page. Prices are not explained and you can NEVER NEVER speak to a live person. All canned messages. Went to Good rx. Live helpful rep. Resolved all questions! RO only wants your money.
