Your pricing is tricky. You use the discount tactic to confuse people. The price is not $39 it is $149

1st ill start with the false advertisement of prices. Ad said zero fees up front. Originally had a thirty nine dollar membership, and it said it would be waived. Set a medication said it was $119 per month. However, I was charged at the $39 and then they wanted to up the charge to a $199. I received a message that said my insurance would not cover. However, I had already validated my insurance before Even trying and it was covered. They have false advertisement and mislead customers. Dont use them. It is also impossible to actually talk to anyone. You have to email them and everyone, just you just end up with The exact same message over and over. They do not care about actually reading the email and taking care of the customer.

This company is a scam. All of their advertising is for low cost meds. It says get started for $39. That doesnt cover ANYTHING. next, it had me pay $338 for 2 months of medications. I have been on glp-1s before, and this company has such a low efficacy of its glp-1s that i gained weight. Last time i lost 20 lbs in the first month on the low dose. Next, just before my 2nd prepaid meds shipped, they charged me $149 for a monthly fee that has nothing to cover medication costs. Any time you try to reach out to someone it takes days to get a canned AI response. This is garbage medication and they lie qbout the costs of meds. Dont go here. Hers.com is cheaper and more effective and at least their medicine works.

I was charged $39. And received nothing. There is no way to contact ro. Id deffinatly not reccomend anyone going with them

Deceptive business practices. They advertise $39 for the 1st month.But then charge you an extra $150 after you've already paid your $39. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of this.

There are just way too many hidden fees. Certainly not 149 a month for somebody to write a prescription. Then another $ 299 for 9 mg, 30 day supply of medication $450 a month rip off Just keeps going up and up from there. Switched back to my $140 Ozempic.

I do not feel like this process was handled properly. I was asked a bunch of questions, there was no forms of identification taken from me or any request for lab results. The website asked which medication I was interested in. And then proceeded to tell me that I was approved and automatically shipped the medication to a pharmacy. I was not ready for you to place an order. And charge my card more than what the monthly fee is. The platform made it appear as though. A telehealth medical physician would be in contact with me to discuss my goals. And my needs and everything else that I had questions for. Instead, I received an a I generated response from a supposedly medical doctor which I was unable to message back or contact. This is such a poor service. I hope the serena williams pulls her sponsorship. I should have looked at the BBB before subscribing, because after reading those reviews, i'm surprised you're even in business
