Thought the ads seemed ok, so went to the web site and started the process, and everything was working until it came to the point where the process wanted a DOB. As soon as I entered the year of my DOB, the page refreshed and displayed a notice that I am not authorized to enroll in the program. There were no prior disclaimers about being too old for applying on the site, so it was somewhat suspicious that nowhere, not on the web site or in the TV ads, does it say there is a limit on a person's age. Did RO just overlook putting an age notice in their marketing or is it intentional that you don't get the denial notice until after you give them your name and email address? It sure seems to be intentional and misleading.

Buyers Beware! This company will take your money and not respond to any messages you send. I answered questions for weight loss medication with promotion for $99 for first month and $145 thereafter. I also paid additional $75 for at home blood test which I received and sent back. Once I got results they approved me and then said I have to pay between $400 to $900 for the medication. They don’t make it clear that you pay a monthly subscription if $145 plus the meds so when I found that out I cancelled immediately as I found it much cheaper. They state they won’t charge you until meds ship so I want a refund for the $99 because obviously I didn’t get anything, I have left several messages in last 7 days and no response what so ever! Total deception and rip off! Look other places people because you can certainly get it cheaper

I do not recommend this provider. I wanted to try to get on there weight loss medication. The "doctor" they set you up with does not feel like a real person. Every single time I would email back, I would get a scripted response. It takes days to hear back. I got blood work done and paid $99 starting fee. My insurance came back and would not cover me. The only option was to pay $450 out of pocket every month. I declined quickly on the offer and asked for a refund since I did not get any medication. They advised they would not refund me back even though my blood work was paid through my insurance. It's a scam. Go in person, these online doctors do not know you or your story. WASTE OF MONEY

Hey there-given the cost of initial diagnostics and ongoing provider support, we are unable to offer refunds for previously incurred monthly membership fee.

Ro advertised $99 for first month then $145 after but when it came time to choose my subscription they were all $300-450. I asked repeatedly about the 145 and never got a response. Email after email unanswered. Then I got the “this is your last chance” “ you must choose a program”. Scam. False advertisement In response to RO’s message. It doesn’t say anything about $145 monthly consultations + cost of medicine. It simply says $145 a month.

Hi there- the $99 includes a provider consultation, blood test and health assessment, GLP-1 prescription (if appropriate), and insurance concierge. You will be billed $145 each month thereafter for ongoing care and support and unlimited messaging with your provider, convenient refills, ongoing insurance support, and health coaching for support and motivation. It does not include the cost of medication. I'm assuming the added costs to your subscription were for medication.

I was getting regular shipments of Lattise and before each shipment, I would get an email. But late last night I got an email saying my order was being processed and since it was so late, I couldn't contact anyone to cancel. But I did immediately send an email and still haven't heard back except to say my $159 order has been shipped. I feel this is a predatory business practice, especially since I no longer tolerate this medication.

I signed up for Ro’s weight loss clinic at the end of December 2023. I did the paperwork, had labs drawn and meet virtually with their doctor. I was then prescribed WEGOVY and my prescription was sent to Walgreens. Immediately I received a message from Walgreens stating the prescription was delayed so I called to find out the status and time frame they expected the delay to last- I was told by the pharmacist that WEGOVY has been out of stock and on back order for TWO YEARS and they just did not know when they would be getting any in stock. I went back to the Ro site read up on their ‘insurance concierge’ service which states that they contact multiple pharmacies in your area and help you find one where the medication is in stock. So I messaged the Ro providers letting them know my medication was delayed and for an unknown period of time and asked about their ‘insurance concierge’ after a couple of days a provider returned my message stating this was no longer a service they provided because they had found “ found that none of these pharmacies are stocking nor getting stock of Wegovy (at doses of 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg) and have confirmed that there is a severe shortage of this medication across the U.S. Therefore, we have stopped doing proactive pharmacy outreach. We know this is not the news you were hoping to hear, and I am sorry I have to deliver it to you. Once you're on a waiting list, it's often the best choice to remain on the pharmacy's waiting list until the pharmacy can refill its stock and your prescription can be filled.’ - NONE of this information was provided to me when I went through all the steps to obtain the prescription, not once was this mentioned in the phone consultation. This should have been disclosed immediately as Ro’s $145/month price tag is pretty hefty and knowing that obtaining WEGOVY was next to impossible would have been a huge deciding factor in continuing with the service - not to mention the ‘pharmacy waitlist’ ro encouraged me to remain on isn’t even a thing - per Walgreens there is no such thing as a ‘waitlist’ and after three weeks of having my prescription listed as ‘delayed’ Walgreens canceled my order and I now have to re request it. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

After several weeks and multiple Emails, several customer service representatives have apologized, and, as you can see, I was offered a free month. This is not an offer for a free month. I paid the first month but could not get the correct Rx or price so I canceled before being charged again. This offer is simply to not charge the cost for me to take the time to RE APPLY, and start the process again. Each apology began with how busy they are, but not an acknowlegment of my time. I don't want to go through this process with Ro again. There are many online providers so if I start over, it will be with another provider. If it is this hard to get started, I doubt it gets easier if I need help along the way.
