They promise something they cannot get you. They can get the prescription for you but no promise to actually help or get you the prescription which is on back order mostly everywhere. They charge even if you are not actively taking the medication. Don’t waste your time or money. Speak with your doctor about if you could be a good candidate for this and they will likely prescribe it for you. Additionally, they make it impossible for you to cancel you membership/subscription.

I have needed help with my insurance and my care team for the last two weeks. I have sent over five messages to my care team and ro.com and receive note reply. I am now out of medication and dead ended in my care. The only thing that Ro has done is take money for my subscription over the last month and a half.

I recently engaged with Ro’s services in hopes of achieving my weight loss goals, only to be met with profound disappointment and frustration. My experience with Ro felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, exploiting the vulnerability of individuals seeking to improve their health. Upon signing up and paying a membership fee, I was optimistic about the support and resources I would receive. However, my hopes were quickly shattered when I was informed that the recommended medicine was either not covered by my insurance or exorbitantly expensive, rendering it unattainable for most individuals. Even for those who could afford it, the medication was not readily accessible. This revelation left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. It’s disheartening to see a company prey on the insecurities and desires of people striving to better themselves. Ro’s business practices not only lack transparency but also demonstrate a disregard for the well-being of their clients. In conclusion, my experience with Ro’s was nothing short of a disappointment. I caution others against falling victim to their misleading tactics and urge the company to reconsider its approach to serving its customers with integrity and honesty.

The only got one star because that was the lowest you can go. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY. My wife started the process to be evaluated for the injectable weight loss drugs six weeks ago. She paid a substantial initial fee to Ro. She had to pay for the required lab tests and was eventually approved for the program. RO emailed her saying her prescription was available at our preferred pharmacy. That was over a week and a half ago and the pharmacy has no record of a prescription. We have reached out to RO via email and via closely guarded, secret phone number that tells you to email them. The standard answer is they will get back to you in 5 days, though the phone message states they will respond within 48-72 hours. All of this is very poor customer service. While they are screwing around not answering our calls or emails I see they have billed us again for the next month of the program. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE FOLKS. IF the cannot provide a telephone number to a human who can help you and do it in a reasonable time, they are damaged goods. Lilly pharmaceuticals has a program that can help and DOES what RO says they can but won't. (I don't work for Lilly, but they at least do what they say they will.)

Firstly, they say they will check your insurance for you for coverage. That's easy, because nothing is covered by insurance. They lead you to believe that it's possibly covered. It's not. The least expensive option was a no-name mix made at a compound pharmacy for $450. each month, in addition to the monthly membership fee. They strung me along for two weeks. I had to wait for my test kit. Wait for results. Wait while they "checked with my insurance". They are slow to respond. I lost trust in dealing with this company. I never approved any of the prescription possibilities as each was over a thousand dollars each month with the exception of the compound pharmacy. I did not matter at all to them and I'm still waiting to see if they hit me with any additional fees. Who can afford this program which is like paying an additional mortgage note each month? With the results being about 50-50, the horrible possible side effects, and the other questionable reviews; USE CAUTION.

The most incompetent set of people I’ve ever met. They don’t read messages, they do the absolute opposite of the common sense thing. I’ve been paying for this plan for 3 months and have received nothing (not a medication, not any support, literally nothing). Don’t waste your time and money.

Signed up for the weightloss shots. Paid the $99 for the blood test and was approved, but when they tried to take my money for the shots my bank declined my payment stating fraud so took that as a warning and I never got the shots. After a few weeks I noticed a $145 charge come out for absolutely nothing. I never received any of my shots and did not use them for any “coaching”. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response other than it could take 5 days for them to respond. I’m extremely upset and I want a refund but I can’t get anyone to email me back and I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks now. Do not use this company!! After reading the reviews I am obviously not the only one!

I received my second dose of medicine and it was the wrong dose. Upon looking closer I noted the prescription was for someone else! I tried to find a phone number as this needed to be sorted out fast. First off I need my medicine, second all the other person got my dose which is a lot higher and dangerous. But no phone number for a emergency except call 911. They won't help me with this. It's scary they can send the wrong medicine to the wrong people. And I've emailed multiple times and ZERO response. I can't recommend. Plus they don't have an app for Android but that's ok
