Started out great over a year ago. Great idea. Could be a great service. I really think they weren’t prepared for demand. It takes a week to hear back from anyone. They’ll take your money every month and then give you the run around about your medication. I have been waiting over a month for a refill request. This has become a monthly occurrence. And instead of keeping me on my dose that works, they make me start over at the starting dose every time. Even though it’s their fault. My pharmacy can get the medication in two days even if it’s out of stock. It’s a different doctor every time I get a reply so I have to repeat myself over and over and over and over. Get told one thing by one doc and another thing by another doc. There’s no continuity of care whatsoever. They don’t care. They also charged me my monthly fee 4xs in one month once. No one could tell me why that happened. Awful experience. Would never recommend.

They gave me a prescription for wegovy knowing that it can’t be filled, but kept charging me a monthly fee even though my prescription hasn’t not been filled. There is no contact number. Takes over three days for a response. They claim the pharmacy's put you on a waiting. CVS and Walgreens said there is not waiting list. They refuse to refund me. They say they will reach out, but they never did. Their replay is word by word copy for anyone would have a negative review. If you call their telephone number (833) 679-147. It says you must email them for anything. Check out the their number yourself and see if you can get a live person.

I paid the initial $99 to began the weight loss program for Wegovy. I was than informed the prescription is out of stock and has been since last year. When I asked for a refund I was told the $99 is non-refundable even though they know this prescription is not available. This has been a horrible experience. There are still commercials showing today about Wegovy which is false advertisement. The medicine is not even available.

After Dr approved my med they sent me an email stating I was approved for the medication. I then got another message that my insurance had approved medication and they sent my script to my pharmacy. I promptly called my pharmacy but they have no record of the script. The pharmacy says they have the medication but NEVER received anything from ro. I have tried to contact ro every day for over 14 days now to find out what happened but have not received anything but an automated email saying "someone will get back to me within 5 days". This is insanely bad customer service - such a disappointment.

Does anyone know how you can get in touch with anyone from this business? Phone number? I ve sent numerous emails and no one gets in touch but they do take my money!!

I contact RO to find out what happened and so far I have wasted 3 days being tossed around to people who say they want to help but never do.. still have no script this was a waste of 99 dollars and three weeks of my time.. don't waste your money have your doctor get what you need update they just charged me 145 to my card and I still am showing no script with my pharmacy, I got the letter from my insurance provider approving the script but have no script to fill.. don't do business with this company

Nearly impossible to cancel, before you sign up for this product. look around and see if you can find out how to cancel. I'm still looking, I sent 10 emails with no reply
