Absolutely horrible. Super slow response time without answering questions. They prescribed weygovy knowing it has been on back order since August and probably will continue to 2025. The only option they actually have is $450 per month plus their $145 monthly fee. About to cancel after I was just charged for another month.

Currently waiting for a response from them, but the 5 day wait is absolutely ridiculous, especially when you’re messaging about a late prescription. First order for 3 month birth control supply went great. Second order was sent out way too late to receive in time to start my new pack on time. There was no communication about this. I had extremely bad side effects from not having it. Now I’m waiting for the 3rd order (which I’m supposed to start in 5 days) but there’s no shipment out, I haven’t been charged, and when I try to look at my info on the website and/or the app, nothing shows up. Sent a message but 5 day wait for a response. Ridiculous. Already preparing to be sick as hell at the beginning of next week since I won’t be starting it on time. Looks like I need to find a new service because 2 out of 3 experiences being horrible doesn’t look very good for the company.

Terrible service. Getting your prescription sent to a pharmacy every month is like pulling teeth. 5 days to respond to a message. Person that responds doesn’t even take the time to look into your file to see what you’re talking about. They will send a wrong prescription 5 states over 3 weeks late and you have to hope that you catch the incorrect dosage before you pay for it and have it filled (that is if the pharmacy even has it or responds to your inquiry about filling it). The only thing Ro is good at is making sure to charge your card for their monthly dues. They will charge that card if it’s the last thing they do. If only they were 1/2 as efficient with responding to messages and sending correct timely prescriptions for their patients as they with charging monthly dues. Very suspicious of the many positive reviews here. Look at ro’s reviews on other platforms…

This review is for the 3 in 1 topical hair spray. One bottle is supposed to last 3 months but with the doses prescribed it will last about a month and a half. The solution they come up with was to buy more. So this would cost about 300$ a month at that pace. Not worth it compared to competitors.

There product works fine. But there are many other options for ED meds. My problem was that I placed an order with a discount offer. After my order was placed, and charged, I was told the discount wouldn't apply even though they sent me an email and a text with the offer. Very deceptive and unprofessional. Received several follow up emails asking for a copy of the email. Went through 4 different representatives. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not use again. My reply is read the 16 emails that have gone back and forth. The story and my position is crystal clear. Don't know what else to say about the situation.

There is a shortage of Wegovy, and other meds in this class but Ro will keep charging you a nonrefundable fee every month whether you get the medicine or not I was charged $400 and all I did was send in a lab. Their email responses are slow and do not address your issues buyer beware!!!!

First month was fine. Then the coupon card third party from lilly either got hacked or went belly up. Net is i was not able to start my 2nd month, with no real remedy in sight. But they wont stop billing me

I spent 6 weeks “in the program.” $400. I had one virtual visit. And blood drawn. They kept saying I was a good candidate for semiglutide. But, they didn’t work with my insurance. They kept sending me back to the pharmacy to ask questions as to why the medication wasn’t approved. Then, it would take 5 days for them to respond via the app. In the end, they ended up charging me $450 for their own compounded medication and never sent it. Luckily I did get that refunded. But man, was this a waste of time. I was hoping that this online healthcare would be a little better organized than my local hospital, but it just seems like a huge cluster. Hopefully others have had success. But I did not.
