New topical finasteride made my whole scalp turn red with itchy flakes. No response from Ro. Horrible company. Will not contact me back.... submitted an email over 10 days ago. No response.

I cancelled my prescription at HIMS.com to try Ro. Tried the mixed ED med. Didn't work. They said, in a message, that I would get a refund. I then tried the generic viagra. $60 for 6. I was buying 18 for $90 at HIMS. RO said they would refund me also for that and they did. Still have not gotten first $180 refund for first med that DIDN'T work.

This is absolutely a scam, they just want you to pay the 99$ and you get no prescriptions. They will send you to get lab work done and then you will hear nothing else from them. I did find a local program for me to get what I needed

The first medication was fine and came quickly, but then their app began to malfunction and they continued to charge me through a service disruption which caused me to receive zero services. Even when their app was working and they were supplying the first medication I never received the promised coaching support. Customer service refused to refund me for a product I technically never received. They left me high and dry with symptoms that concerned my local doctor when I went back in to him.

While the lab tests and evaluation process was quick, without any explanation or follow up, their nursing staff assessed that I did not qualify for treatment. Even though my results all showed that I was a good candidate. Seems like a bit of a scam to collect the upfront fees. Poor communication and follow up.

They will start by saying semaglutide is $150 a month but then later you will find out that is just to be a member. They will charge another $450 a month for semaglutide bringing your monthly cost to $600 for treatment. There are MUCH cheaper options. Stay away.

Hey there- The $145 monthly fee is for ongoing care and support and unlimited messaging with your provider, convenient refills, ongoing insurance support, and health coaching for support and motivation. It does not include the cost of medication.

I ordered the script Spark they offer. However it's been more than 3 weeks and I've received two email responses telling me they can't find my order but had no issue charging me. I have sent them everything they've asked for including the sales receipt. I also don't like that they have no customer services you can call, you are forced to email them. That's a red flag I didn't know about until I needed to contact them. I'd like to update this and apologize to RO. It seems there was some background discussion with there doctor over my access to the treatment and recommended an in-person treatment. Also, they said they would fully refund me. I really do appreciate that they do review these questions and do look out for there customers with regard too health risks. I still wish though they had a customer service line to call.
