Update! After the email, I went back to login and it says they have no such email!!! But they used my PayPal email to charge me $99 for nothing! No one answers the phone, no address! The advertising is misleading. It is made to look as if you get your first month of medication for $99 then $135. Once processed and you look further, you'll find that these charges do not include medication at all! You pay more for the meds and they don't tell you the heck that's going to be until they "review" you answers! I immediately emailed to cancel because I did not select to "start the program" but they charged my card $99 anyway. Then I get an email saying they can't find my account and ask me to provide sensitive in formation such as my full name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number. I sent them a picture of the PayPal transaction. What a scam! I will be reporting them to my bank and PayPal

Been on the zepbound for the last 3 weeks and now I can't get my next prescription filled due to shortage of medicine. Asked for help from Ro through email and was told I need to call all pharmacies in my area and ask if they have stock. Taking my monthly fee knowing that there is a shortage of medicine.

I never received anything. I've waited two weeks and still haven't gotten anything

Scam. Do not believe this weight loss company. They take your money but then don’t qualify you to receive anything.

What they don’t tell you is if your insurance does not pay for the medication, the cost is $400+ minimum on top of monthly fees….

Intense expense test for no help

Package is 6days late & counting. Lack of response and clear data from Ro and UPS. Though this isn’t usual it’s very upsetting and time consuming. Unhappy customer! Maybe time to start looking into other healthcare providers. Hello 7 DAYS AND STILL NO PACKAGE & NO CALL! You have the worst customer service,,, please refund my total amount. You still have on your site tha you’re gonna deliver it by 3/22/24 lol. REFUND MY MONEY!! UPDATE ROMAN.CO has not posted any new updates they still have on the site that they will deliver on 03/22/24,,,, go figure! I have reached out to another provider wich has humans that talk to you to resolve issues not ROBOTS, also their price is CHEAPER . I’m giving Ro.co 24hrs to have my order at my doorstep. If not I want a total and will write a review telling customers to go to the competition. 9 DAYS NO PACKAGE NO UPDATE NO REFUND PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
