My medication was approved on May 4th, and it's now the 14th and it hasn't even shipped yet. They are incredibly slow and missed the mark. Terrible company to do business with.

Horrible! They took my money and then wanted $1200/ month.SCAM

I signed up for a membership, paid $99 for the monthly fee. Once I went through the process, I found out that I would have to pay an additional $299 for the medication because my insurance would not cover it unless I am a type 2 diabetic paitent. I cannot afford to pay this since I am a widowed mother of 3 kids. They would not reimburse me the original $99 cost of membership with only having 3 days into the deal. I do not feel that this company was upfront with the costs and I feel like I got scammed. I was only trying to get healthy for my kids since I am pre-diabetic and exercising and dieting alone has plateaued my results.

Got an E-mail on 30 Apr 24 at 11:04pm - asking me to contact customer service. On 1 May 24 at 2:36am, I received an E mail a billing receipt for ("Roman Medication"?) - for something I never ordered or even had time to contact customer service about. By 12:31pm, 1 May 24 - I receive notice that this phantom med. has been shipped. Using the US Mail tracking info shows that the package had been processed at 10:33pm, 1 May 24. Needless to say this one of the worst tractions that I've ever has with an online merchant. Product is being returned to sender.

Ro has completely removed any phone support for its customers/patients. This is absurd for a telehealth company. If they can’t keep up with the customer service demand, they either need to improve their employment and hiring practices or they need to improve their product/services so that not as many people require support. Ridiculous that they would think email-only support is a valid approach for a company in the healthcare space…

They sent me a blood test for $174.00 then wanted to charge me a minimum of $450 more to get started… you have to choose 1 of 3 options… $450 - $1500 more… there is better telemedicine to choose from. I had numerous questions and seemed to get automated response texts (they had a human face in the text but never really answered a direct question). Never received a call…. Tried to do business with them for about three weeks and just cancelled and gave up. Would not do business with again. Never received any product whatsoever.

If your trying to lose weight, diet and exercise. Keep hydrated. Don't take glp-1 drugs from those who need it. Type ll with multiple issues resulting from this disease. Neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy, kidney dysfunction to name a few. If you just want to lose weight, do it, don't rely on medication that others need.

Zero stars. They will take your money and then hand the prescription over to "a pharmancy" which never gets filled. Customer Service ignores emails and just replies with automated info.
