Paid $100, filled out all the things. Never even heard back from a provider, so I cancelled and wasted my money for nothing.

Endless money pit. You pay a monthly subscription just so you can pay additional costs on top. There is no direct communication. It is all through email and they take several days to respond. I was billed $250 just so I could spend an additional $500 a month on the actual medication.

This program is a total scam to relieve you of $99. Try Sesame, they will actually help you.

Your TV ad makes me sick why do you have to see some lady shooting up at dinner time?

RUN. They send you threatening messages to reply, or else...and then they take 2-3 days to get back to you if not longer. It's a scam...they send you to labs and then BAM, you can have the meds for $1200 a month because I don't have diabetes for ozempic. I could have gone through me general at a quicker pace...

Getting nervous about this company. They said they called in a prescription to my pharmacy, over a week ago, which starts the clock ticking for the next monthly payment. After a several days of waiting, I called my pharmacy and they couldn’t find any script called in for me. My pharmacy checked their system in case it got called in to the wrong store, but nothing. I texted and emailed Ro, and a couple of days later I got a canned response: did I give them the correct pharmacy info? (Yes I did) Do they have it in stock? (I don’t know, they don’t have a script to chat about it). I was having to do the leg work on this. I replied back to Ro to report all the info I gave them was correct. Then radio silence for a couple of days before I get another response that they will try again and to give it a few days. This is slow walking, meanwhile, tick tick tick… Added 05/17: my pharmacy still has no record of Ro submitting a first or second attempt prescription…reply below says Ro trying to reach out but I have not heard from them. I have replied on my Ro account where I am supposed to and have not heard back after going on two days. Reduced to one star from two due to very poor response times and canned responses. Added 5/17 evening: still no response from Ro. I cancelled all future PayPal monthly payments and requested a full refund of the initial payment. Thank goodness I set this up with PayPal, they already processed the refund with the screenshots of the messages I submitted to Ro and the few replies from Ro.

Was interested in ozempic weight loss medication. This company get you thinking it will be possible for 149 a month. I knew there would be medication cost cause my friend is on a different program. Ro came back and told me cost was 149. For membership and 900 a month for medication. I think it was a bate and switch. I will loss my 99.00 no real people not sure if cancellation will work

Please save your money! I regret signing up 100%. The initial $99 (after discount) will not be refunded, no matter what reason. So, I feel foolish for trusting them. Beware!
