Simple easy process to get medications that I need. No BS.

So far pretty good I just wish there was a phone # to call for a question I had. Pretty seamless otherwise.

Just started, haven't received meds yet, but so far everything send pretty simple and straight forward.

The company is very fast and efficient. One thing that is confusing is the sales add states $39.00 charge the first month then $149.00 each month following. I got charged both for the first month. Is this a mistake or false advertising? Or a misunderstanding?

I am early in this process and have yet to receive prescribed medication. So far, however, Ro was prompt with answers to my multiple questions. Not sure if I was communicating with AI or a person. Probably a combination of both. Creating an account in Ro provides a space to refer back to the Q & A as well as progress.
