they advertised the first month for 39 then charged an extra 149. tried to contact customer service but you can’t call anyone. you leave an email praying someone will get back to you. don’t waste your time or money

Horrible, horrible customer service. Charged for a membership I never requested on top of the medication. Got violently ill following the first shot and no one would respond. Do not recommend at all.

RO is the premise of a telemedicine company. They prescribe glp’s and should be able to care for patients. If you have 1 mild side effect they tell you to stop and see your own Dr in person. Thats fine, but if they are providing you the prescription they should be able to oversee your care, just like any other telemedicine Dr. I’m adding here that your reply below saying that you cannot find my account that’s laughable because I actually have messages on my account with some of your providers! My membership is good until October 14 although I did cancel it as of yesterday because I don’t wanna go forward with your company because it seems like it’s fraudulent

I started the process with Ro but cancelled everything bc of the separate pricing of the fees for meds and membership. I got confirmation from them via their site that it had been cancelled but today, I got charged again. This is ridiculous. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.

I had a good experience at first, once I hit 9mg for the Wegovy pill they tried to charge my account over $2000. They were really sorry about that 🙄. So to stop them, I hurried and stopped the meds and my account so I wouldn’t accrue charges. I contacted them about the problem they told me again how sorry they were for the mess up. When I reactivated my account to continue my medicine, I was told since it had been two weeks I had to start all the way at the bottom instead the dose I was scheduled for. 0/10, avoid at all cost.

First of all, you can find a GLP-1 without insurance for WAY cheaper than this place. I’m talking like $89 a month for a year with no membership fees. Every time I was having communication with one of my providers here, They would just exit the chat. And I would have to start the entire process over again with somewhat brand new. He said you don’t have a choice when you talk, so if you have been dealing with the same doctor, they will just randomly give you to another. Considering that they charge $150 membership fee, this is INSANE. Not once did they bothered to actually look at my medical records, assuming they knew more about my body than my doctors or I did. I was with them for MONTHS. If you actually want to go with a good company, they are a little bit pricey, but NOOM is the absolute best. This is more so if you are wanting to change your whole lifestyle around. I used to be very hard to get motivated, but they had me working out every single day, I was so happy all of the time. With their app that has meal and calorie tracking, lessons, workouts, and useful weight loss tips, it was highly effective for me and they are rated VERY well. However, if you were looking for something more cost friendly, that is pretty much just the medication and no extras, I would go with alt RX. But please, go anywhere else but here. Ro can take days to respond to you. They always say that they care and they are here for yo lol. I am not over exaggerating when I say worst customer service I have ever gotten from a business.. they only care enough in the beginning to get your money.

The response was quick and simple to signup but when you need any urgent response, you need to wait days. Went to request my next shipment, they gave me the date, I’ve been trying every which way to delay by a few days, to no avail!!!!! So now what, the medication will be sitting on my porch for days!!!!! Extremely frustrating!!!!
