Customer Service If there are issues to log in the system does not work to assist you to log in. I find this very interesting as that is the only way to cancel your trial subscriptions. There support is shotty at best and will ignore you at worst. I would say the medication I received did not perform as the same "brand" bought through my regular pharmacy and my primary doctor. No way to cancel and product that does not perform and a system that blocks your access to address problems. Be very carful with this company.

Same as alot of others. I was duped into thinking that these people were going to bat for me. They literally just want you to get there compounded medication or pay in full for the others directly from them because they know most insurers don't cover it unless you have diabetes. Took a whole month to be let down several times. Every question I had was answered by some bullcrap automated response. Go to your family doctor to go through this time wasting money grab.

So this company goes to charge my card for having prescribed me there medication RO Sparks and it supposedly was out for delivery I mean it got shipped and then shipper had it and then it was supposedly out to deliver to me about the shepherd for days and days and I never did get it

They basically stole my money and nothing for me. They know insurance won’t cover the meds unless you’ve been diagnosed with Diabetes yet they fool you into thinking you can get them through your insurance knowing full well you cannot and for that they keep your $99.

The application is terrible the people. Hell the nurse yelling at me because the application has different information than one of the hundreds of emails that they sent. Stay away and see a real doctor Oh, it’s nice that you reaching out especially after the poor response from customer service and whoever your PA was you know people have to understand number one we are the customer number two bedside man is pretty important and I’m pretty sure it is a patient that we use common sense and knows how many prescriptions they’ve received. The lady kept telling her I’ve received two and I was using the wrong dosage. Well I haven’t received two prescriptions only received one and basically sit there and call me stupid and yell at me on the phone while I’m at work that’s pretty darn professional, I will tell anyone that is looking for weight loss to stay the hell away from row company I’m using now LifeMD by four better service lot more communication that is concise and informational. It may cost a little more upfront I believe, but I’m not getting yelled at and being told. I’m stupid that I don’t know what prescription I have so yeah you can take your ro and just row on down the river, I will stay away from RO

Not personalized medicine. They send you a ton of pre-scripted messages all from different providers who do not review your previous messages or information.

After taking my money, a Practitioner asked done follow up questions. I answered immediately. After almost 4 days, they still have not given the answers to the provider, and not given me a satisfactory answer on when the meds will ship

Total scam! They charge $99 to start, only to tell you that your medicine will cost $299/month, not including the $135/mo "membership fee." They advertise offering Mounjaro/Zepbound before you sign up, when they actually only offer Ozempic/Wegovy knock-offs. Very disappointing, big waste of $99
