Ro dermatology deceptive practices
I think I have been scammed by Ro.,I signed up for a member subscription to purchase Latisse last week. I was supposed to receive a text after I was approved to get the prescription medication which did not happen. 2 days later the medication arrived on my door step. I was not concerned about a doctor approving me for use since I have been using Latisse for the last year, buying the product at a higher price from a medical physician. I paid for a 5ml bottle, however, upon opening the package I discover a 3ml bottle with a 5ml label on it and the 5ml bottle cap on it, giving the bottle the appearance of the 5ml bottle and actually being the 3ml bottle. I sent pictures of both bottles side by side as well as the caps with side by side photos to Ro - crickets. I emailed and telephone Ro. Of course no one answers the phone and you are directed to email instead, to date with no response. I find it hard to believe this is an honest mistake since both the label and the cap have been switched for the appearance of the larger size. Had I not already been a user of this product I would unknowingly be scammed. I will keep you posted about the resolution is there is one, if not I will be contacting my credit card company and returning the product which may or may not even be Latisse.
