This is a scam. I did the 1st month for $99 and never got the treatment. The doctor gave me a different monthly total than what I signed up for initially, in fact nearly $100 more. After having never received the 1st shipment after waiting 3 weeks, I canceled the plan before I could be billed for a second month. I asked for a refund for the 1st month and was told it was for consultation. That is not the way it was said or portrayed. When i canceled l, there were no options for not receoved. All the options were related to the medicine i never got. DONT DO IT. Use another company.

Quick to bang you out for money but did absolutely nothing for me except charge me $100 bucks to tell me that my insurance company told me to take a hike.

I did not order your product. I need information on returning it as soon as possible.

I was unaware of recurring shipments of meds without my consent.

The doctor without my approval changed my order to a 3 month order costing me and extra 65$. Not customer service phone option. Generic email response that didn’t offer any solution. 1-2 email response time. This company is a joke and please spend your $ elsewhere. They are crooks and set up the system to make it impossible to get your $ back!

Joined the Weight loss program , paid 99 just to join. Consultant prescribed glp1 med, got a message saying the prescription has been sent to my pharmacy. Called the pharmacy, they told me they don't have the script. Contacted Ro , they said it will be sent again. Called pharmacy , still no script. 2 days later I get a call from a rite aid in California that I can pick up my meds.I LIVE IN OHIO. LOL. Sent Ro a message via their website , AGAIN. No response for a day. Next day, they reply" Re send the prescription to your pharmacy via fax , xxxxxxxxx " . I checked with my pharmacy, that number is a phone number and not a fax number for my pharmacy!!! Sent another message to Ro today. Will see if they respond. Pathetic customer service , they know they cannot have a phone line open , else angry customer will keep calling.

You pay $100 to complete a survey that then allows you to see pricing of weight loss drugs. It’s insane that there’s a lack of transparency of the cost of these drugs from the get-go and you’re forced to pay $100 for an automated message and access to pricing. If you review any of their competitors, completing a survey and getting access to pricing is free. They’re clearly price gauging because people are desperate for Ozempic. I have used other online pharmacies and this one is now at the top of my “would never use” list.
