Hey there- to cancel your membership, follow these steps: 1) Log in at my.ro.co and click on ‘plan’ on the white card that says Ro Body Program. 2) Select ‘cancel plan,’ which will allow you to cancel.

Back in February/March, my credit card suddenly reflected $560+ charge for this company plus a subsequent one for c. $45. I had never signed up for this company, don't get injections, nor had I heard of them. I have a health plan, so I would not need this outfit. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges, so my old card was cancelled. Unbelievably, even with a NEW card number, this company still managed to sneak two charges on it-so now, another card cancellation. What a joke.

This company is not transparent with its pricing at all. I felt very mislead about the cost and they wouldn’t refund my money after I learned it was going to be $450 a month. There are less expensive companies out there that are transparent with their pricing. Sadly I learned the hard way.

They advertise the compounds (generic versions) of their weight loss drugs as available via their website. These are a fraction of the cost of the brand name meds. This is why I decided to apply, because I can not afford $1,200 a month for the brand name plus their fees. But after they had me filled out a bunch of things, then take a blood test, pay a NON-refundable fee, they came back saying I was "approved" but only for the brand name drugs, which meant $1,200 + a month, versus less than $350/month with the compound (generic) versions. THIS was shady and just really BAD business practice. They should tell your FROM the beginning before you pay the NON-refundable fee. It like theft. I had to cancel and loose the non-refundable fee of almost $200. STAY AWAY. Many other providers online that DO offer the generic versions.

Hey there- I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Due to certain restrictions, compounded semaglutide may not be available in your state. The initial $99 consultation fee includes a provider consultation, blood test and health assessment, GLP-1 prescription (if appropriate), and insurance concierge.

Via an email from GoodRX and then on the RO website Semaglutide shots were advertised for $149 per month plus a $99 initial doctor fee. I filled out the form. Within just a few minutes I received an automated email that I was approved and asked to select medication preferences. That led to a page only offering semaglutide for $300 per month. I emailed to complain and demand my $99 back, and have gotten no response.
